An automated UX audit pipeline

In short

Automated multi-page UX audits with AI vision. Three paid projects, all delivered on time.

Representative interface. Not client data.

The situation

Manual UX reviews did not scale. Auditing pages by hand, capturing issues, and writing them up for each project was slow and inconsistent, and it capped how many reviews the team could deliver.

What I built

  • A multi-page audit pipeline that crawls the key pages and captures screenshots.
  • OpenAI Vision analysis that reads the actual pages and extracts real issues, not a generic checklist.
  • A structured, prioritized output the client could act on, in a clean walkthrough format.
  • A repeatable process that runs across three iterative projects as the scope grew.

The result

Three paid projects, all delivered under deadline, with the pipeline rebuilt and expanded each time. Audits went from a manual bottleneck to a repeatable, AI-assisted system.

Common questions

No. AI vision reads the real pages and prioritizes actual issues rather than printing a boilerplate checklist.

Multi-page by default, and it scales to more as the scope grows.
